
Fat loss does not have to be this illusive thing that you can only dream of.
It can actually be acheived pretty simply by following some basic rules.
The challenge is following these rules on a regular basis. Anyone can do it for a couple of days or even a week. But what is required is a sustained adherence to the plan.

Ok heres the 3 rules :
1) Spread your allocated calories over 5 or 6 meals throughout the day. Regular meals every 3-4 hours will help to boost the metabolism. Just be careful not to eat too much each meal. Remember it only has to last you 3 hours!
2) Reduce your starchy carbohydrate intake down to a bare minimum. Pasta, bread, potatoes, rice and many processed food contain lots of hidden sugar. Sugar is your main enemy in fat burning, not dietary fat. Replace your starchy carbohydrates with healthier carbohydrates such as fruit and vegetables.
3) Drink 0 calorie drinks. Calorific drinks are wasted calories and are another source of hidden sugars. Drink water, green tea, tea and coffee (all unsweetened).
So there you have it; 3 golden rules that will guarantee fat loss.
